Sierra Vista Park is the hub of athletic activities in the City of Sierra Madre including baseball games at HeasleyMore and Dapper fields, summer aquatics programs at the Municipal Swimming Pool and year-round activities at the Youth Activity Center.

The park is also home to the Sierra Madre Rose Float Building, where each year community volunteers design and build the city's entry into the annual Pasadena Rose Parade.

The city's Community Service Office is located within Sierra Vista Park, as well as two municipal dog parks where registered users can enjoy the outdoors with their canine companions.

The Sierra Madre Youth Activity Center was created in 1998 on the eastern edge of town. Youth ages 11-17 come to theMore center throughout the year for arts and crafts, swimming, sports, academic assistance and counseling. The large building sits on a grass lot that includes a baseball diamond, a large lap pool and a field for football and soccer. There's also a swing set and a gymnasium.

The center of all government activity, City Hall is home to administrative offices including those of the city manager,More city clerk and city treasurer. In addition to the council chambers, City Hall is also home to the Development Services Department which is comprised of the Planning, Zoning and Building & Safety divisions where residents can obtain information related to land use, building, parking, landscaping and irrigation regulations as set forth in the city's municipal code.
