Lizzie's Trail Inn and Richardson House are museums operated and maintained by the Sierra Madre Historical Preservation Society. Richardson House is one of the two small dwellings on the ranch built by John Richardson in 1864; Lizzie's Trail Inn offers fried chicken and ravioli to hikers and packers traveling the Mount Wilson Trail from 1890 until 1948. Artifacts in the museums' collections include furniture, paintings, photography, prints, antiquities, archives and works on paper.
