VIDEO: Volunteer Producer Explains Live Video Setup for Saturday's Mount Wilson Trail Race

A couple cameras, some microwave antennas, a $10 RadioShack video switcher and a lot of elbow grease will allow live race day video to stream from the mountainside.

Just before they departed for their gear-laden trek up the mountain, Patch caught up with the team responsible for providing a live video stream of the to race fans in Downtown Sierra Madre.

Producer Jay Chapman, who is volunteering his time, equipment and skills to make the live stream a reality, explains how it all works and what race fans can expect from the video team’s efforts.
