Travelers and Collectors: "Alaska: The Last Frontier"

Don and Janet Heins will present  “Alaska: The Last Frontier” as part of the ongoing Travelers and Collectors Speakers Series. The event will be held in the Sierra Madre City Hall Council Chambers at 232 W. Sierra Madre Boulevard.

The Heins traveled through some of the most diverse, rugged, and beautiful land on earth. From Vancouver, Canada, they journeyed through Gold Rush country, the Ice Fields of Glacier Bay and the Kenai Fjords, to the mainland of Alaska and Mt. McKinley, also known as Denali.

Their full-scale digital presentation, complete with visuals, sound, and background music, will provide a true “armchair traveler” experience.
