City Council to Don Hawaiian Shirts at Meeting

Hawaiian Shirt Day has become a tradition at the first city council meeting in August.

The Aloha spirit will make an appearance at Tuesday night’s Sierra Madre City Council meeting, where council members and City staff will don Hawaiian shirts.

Hawaiian Shirt Day has become a tradition for the first Sierra Madre City Council meeting in August and all attendees are encouraged to wear Hawaiian shirts, the City said in an announcement. The meeting will begin at at 6:30 p.m.
