Free Class: Downloading eBooks at the Library

Make your summer reading digital with help from the Sierra Madre Library.

If you have a Kindle, iPad, Nook or other e-device, you can download free eBooks from the .

To help residents take advantage of their expansive e-offerings, the library is holding free classes this summer that will show patrons exactly how to download the books onto their devices.

The class, called "Summer Reading and E-Books," will include a demonstration followed by hands-on practice. Residents are encouraged to bring their e-readers to class. Residents must have a valid library card to download e-books (if you don't have one yet- staff will be able to assist you).
