Community Yard Sale Spots Still Available

Got a garage full of once-treasured items that are collecting dust? Maybe your kid finally moved out of the house and you're eager to get rid of all their old childhood furniture to make space for your new craft room.

If you have a bunch of items that you know are worth a little something, take advantage of Sierra Madre's Community Yard Sale on June 9.

For $25.00 residents can reserve their very own selling space for a yard sale that's guaranteed to draw a crowd of bargain hunters. All of the proceeds will benefit seniors programs and activities in Sierra Madre.

Residents can also donate items for sale to the Senior Community Commission booth to help raise funds.

Not allowed are animals, canopies over 10 feet by 10 feet and selling of food and drinks.

The sale takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the parking lot. Sellers are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, canopies and cash boxes.

Registration Deadline

Registration will remain open until Thursday, May 31, or until all of the spots are filled.

Visit www.cityofsierramadre.com/onlineregistration to reserve your selling space or head on down to the Community Recreation Office, 611 E. Sierra Madre Blvd. in Sierra Madre, to fill out your form.
