Sierra Madre Little League Early Registration Ends Saturday

All players must register on the league's website before attending either Wednesday's or Saturday's residency and age verification in order to play in 2011 spring season.

Only a couple of days remain to sign up for the 2011 spring Sierra Madre Little League season. Early registration ends this Saturday, any child who signs up after that date will be subject to a late fee.

Online registration for the SMLL began Nov. 6, and it must be completed before attending residency and age verification at the Youth Activity Center (YAC) either Wednesday from 6-8:30 p.m. or Saturday from 9 a.m.-noon.

A boy or girl is eligible to play if he or she is between 4 and 12 years old. According to the Sierra Madre Little League official website, players must live in Sierra Madre. A child might be granted a waiver if he or she lived in Sierra Madre or played in the league last year, or if his or her sibling plays in the league.
