Even if you think Downward Facing Dog was a band from the 60s, it's never too late to take up Yoga. This class will consist of traditional asanas with a focus on meditation at the end of the session. Bring a towel or mat and wear loose fitting clothes. Classes are on-going.
Andrea Walsh will instruct the class and you should purchase punch pass cards at the Community Services Offices as passes are not sold at the class.
