Model Legislature and Court Program:
A six-month program in which high-school aged delegates, (9th-12th grades) role play the various positions of the California State Legislature and the State Court systems.

Delegates will attend two conferences (Novemeber & January)in Central California at the Camp Roberts Army Reserve base to prepare for their Model Legislature and Courts conference in Sacramento (February). Once in Sacramento, Delegates will be allowed use of the Chamber Halls of the State Capitol as well as other official meeting halls and committee rooms.

At all conferences, delegates will have a chance to interact with approx. 2,700 other High School students from around the state of California.

The fee for the program covers transportation, lodging, and dining cost for the 2 conferences to Camp Roberts and flight and hotel cost in Sacramento.

This truly is a life changing experience!

What are these "organizations that can assist educators in providing an additional incomeRead More source for school supplies?" What are the other "big retailers" besides Staples that are helping teachers with rewards programs? This is a great subject but there is little detail here beyond a link to the Staples program. Would love to read a follow up piece with more useful information.
