This All Levels Flow class is designed to awaken and move the energy in your body, leading to more vibrancy, less pain and a leaner, stronger figure. You will be lead through basic poses incorporating breath and body alignment throughout this one-hour class.
No need to sign up or pay in advance. Simply show up with a yoga mat and $10, and you’re ready to go!
