Another overpriced house for me to reveal the 'truth' on. In 3 Oaks. The place that is built on the dump and at one time had noxious gas evacuating neighborhoods in the area. $1000 monthly fees along with many houses not even being in the Walnut School System. 3 Oaks was the place where Std Pacific homes was screwed over by the Walnut City Council. As such, all these homes were built during the housing crash and SP lost their shirts. http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1439-Shade-Tree-Pl-Walnut-CA-91789/2116550717_zpid/

Totally gave up on trying to sell this turkey. Listing removed in April. You can sell RE in Walnut if you price it fairly, idiots.
