Watch Donnelly's Bit on 'The Daily Show'

Tim Donnelly made an appearance on Comedy Central's news spoof program "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart" Monday night.

Tim Donnelly, our GOP State Assembly representative, appeared in a segment on The Daily Show With Jon Stewart on Monday night.

The bit, called "California's Direct Democracy Troubles," revolves around the Marketplace Fairness Act, which requires online retailers to collect sales tax from California customers. Amazon.com had been one of the biggest opponents to the law. The skit also pokes fun at California's system of direct democracy.

Donnelly also appeared on The Colbert Report in 2006.
