Thursday's Planning Commission Agenda

The Sierra Madre Planning Commission will meet tonight. See what's on the agenda.

The Sierra Madre Planning Commission will meet Thursday, Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, 232 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.

In one of two items on the agenda, the commission will consider a request by applicant, Robert Amin, to make facade changes to the existing two-story, 9,541-square-foot commercial building at 138-142 West Sierra Madre Blvd.

The property is currently undergoing work previously approved by the Planning Commission on July 15, 2010, under CUP 10-03. However, Amin is proposing further exterior alterations to the building including providing ADA access from the rear parking lot into the building by installing an elevator along the rear elevation.

Public comment is welcome, so long as it does not exceed four minutes.

Check out the full agenda on the city website.

What are these "organizations that can assist educators in providing an additional incomeRead More source for school supplies?" What are the other "big retailers" besides Staples that are helping teachers with rewards programs? This is a great subject but there is little detail here beyond a link to the Staples program. Would love to read a follow up piece with more useful information.
