Thursday's Planning Commission Agenda

The Sierra Madre Planning Commission will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, 232 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.

The agenda shows two items. The first is a request for a Conditional Use Permit to build a two-story condominium project on the corner of E. Sierra Madre Blvd. and Sierra Pl. But the agenda says the applicant, Bowden Development, has requested to continue this discussion until the next meeting.

The second is a public hearing to request a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a private single-family home on Auburn Ave. The home would be 5,109 square feet with an attached 715 square foot garage.

Public comment is welcome, so long as it does not exceed four minutes.
