and pulled the most votes in the 41st Assembly race Tuesday—each scoring a spot on the November ballot.
Holden brought in 29.6 percent of the votes and Lowe 23.2 percent. had 17.8 percent, 15.6 percent and 13.8 percent.
A long-time Pasadena Councilman with a slew of endorsements, Holden leading up to June 5.
“There's a lot that goes into the races,” he told Patch Tuesday night.
“I think we did a good job getting out and doing meet and greets throughout the district. It helps in terms of making connections and talking about issues happening in the 41st Assembly district."
Lowe, who raised $57,614, is a member of the Tea Party. Her campaign focused heavily on pro-business and anti-union. Locally, she was endorsed by City Councilman Chris Koerber.
