Woman Robbed of Purse by Two Men

Two men in hoodies used force to rob a woman Monday night, authorities said.

The robbery took place at 11:30 p.m. in the 200 block of West Grandview Avenue. The two men approached the woman and attempted to steal her purse, a struggle then ensued. The victim was forced up against a wall when the purse was finally stolen, said Sierra Madre Police in a written statement.

The two suspects were seen running west on Grandview and entered a waiting vehicle driven by a third suspect.

The two suspects who stole the purse are described as male Blacks in their early 20s and wore hoodies.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark, small sedan, possibly with tinted windows and one headlight out.
