A home in the 500 block of East Sierra Madre Boulevard was broken into early Monday morning, according to Sgt. Esther Doyle of the Sierra Madre Police Department.
Glass on the front door was shattered to allow the burglar or burglars entry to the home, Doyle said. The crime was reported shortly after 5 a.m.
The department does not currently have information from the homeowner on what was stolen in the burglary, she added.
