On Wednesday and Thursday night this week, the received two calls (one each night) reporting loud noises that sounded like a boom or a bang coming from Eaton Canyon, according to Lt. Michael White.
Lt. White said that deputies were dispatched to check up on the area, but they did not find anything and did not hear the noise while they were there. So, deputies were not able to confirm the source or the cause of the noises.
