Police Release Photo of Bomb Suspect in Custody

Joshua Martin Parradavis is being held at the Arcadia Police Department Jail.

The Arcadia Police Department has released a photo of the suspect involved in 

Joshua Martin Parradavis, a 23 year-old Arcadia resident, is being held at the Arcadia Police Department Jail on charges of possession of an explosive device while the APD, FBI and the Los Angleles Sheriff's Department explosives detail continue their joint investigation, according to Lt. Paul Foley of the APD. 

Lt. Foley said Parradavis has a prior criminal history with the APD and other cities within the San Gabriel Valley.

Bail has been set at $500,512.

Lt. Colleen Flores of the Arcadia Police Department said Saturday morning that Parradavis' motives were still unknown.

"He's being interviewed by detectives, and he's not talking," she said.
