Srbui Gazanchyan, 33 of Winnetka and Irving Rivera Hernandez, 24, of Pacoima were arrested following the search of the car, according to Sgt. Ruben Enriquez of the Sierra Madre Police Department.

Gazanchyan had stolen mail and a fictitious check in her possession and was charged for that and the drug paraphernalia, while Hernande was charged for the paraphernalia and also had an outstanding warrant, Enriquez added.

The call was made by a resident near the intersection of Olive Avenue and Auburn Avenue.
