Hmm.. interesting. I didn't know any of that about the Banning P.D. I'd like to know where they hang out (or "patrol") at night -- Seems like the San Bern./Riverside Sheriff is ALL OVER the place at night, with a massively visible presence in cities like Beaumont & Yucaipa, for example. I hardly ever see them at night or on Ramsey -- what are they up to at night?! -- Am I just tripping, or what?

Any updates on this story? I "heard" that there has been an arrest of a family member who 'admitted' to this crime... Again this is just rumors! I am just concerned because there are so many children that play outside in this complex. So very sad!

Does any body see the pattern. Everybody wants to place the blame on the Police. No place the blame on these trouble youth that need to do better with their lives. It's time for the black community specially in the valley to take response ability of thief own community.
