Injury Reported at Hermit Falls

Man sustained a shoulder injury, officials said.

A patron at Hermits Falls in the Chantry Flats area sustained injuries earlier Saturday.

Details were few, but authorities at the Sierra Madre Police Station reported an adult male received a shoulder injury.

The rescue effort began after 9:30 a.m. Air Rescue 5 from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to the area along with fire fighters. Roughly an hour later, the patient was hoisted and flown to Huntington Memorial Hospital, according to scanner reports.

No further information was available.

What are the other "big retailers" besides Staples that are helping teachers with rewards programs? This is a great subject but there is little detail here beyond a link to the Staples program. Would love to read a follow up piece with more useful information.
