Hikers Rescued From Angeles National Forest

The call for help came in at 9:09, a fire dispatch supervisor told Patch.

Three hikers who became lost in the Angeles National Forest were rescued and airlifted to safety Sunday, authorities said.

The call for a rescue came into Los Angeles County fire at 9:09 p.m., according to dispatch Supervisor Phil Elloa, who told Patch the hikers became stranded on Strawberry Peak.

A sheriff's search and rescue team went into the forest to find the hikers and lead them back to a campground, where they were picked up by a helicopter crew and brought off the mountain, Elloa said.

There was no word on injuries.

What are these "organizations that can assist educators in providing an additional incomeRead More source for school supplies?" What are the other "big retailers" besides Staples that are helping teachers with rewards programs? This is a great subject but there is little detail here beyond a link to the Staples program. Would love to read a follow up piece with more useful information.
