Crime Blotter: Traffic Collision on Grandview Avenue
Two were injured and the car sustained major damage, according to the Sierra Madre Police Blotter.

At 2pm, a traffic collision occurred at Grandview Avenue near Foothill Avenue. A passenger vehicle was attempting to pass a trash truck on the left when the truck suddenly pulled away from the curb. The force of this collision propelled the car forward and into a tree on the south side of the street. Both occupants of the passenger car complained of back pain and the car sustained major damage.Residents should call 9-1-1 to report any police, fire, or medical emergency, including:
