Charges Filed on Female Burglary Suspect With Infant
The woman, who was allegedly discovered in the middle of a burglary on June 20, had her 8-month-old son with her. Detectives believe she may be connected to other property crimes in the city.
Burglary, narcotics and child endangerment charges have been filed against a Pasadena woman arrested in June in Sierra Madre for allegedly burglarizing a storage unit in an apartment carport.
As reported on the site last week, Julia Klockhoff Sevier, 38, of Pasadena was discovered on June 20 at 3:45 a.m. in the 700 block of West Sierra Madre Boulevard outside an apartment carportby a resident who thought her car suspicious.
Police who arrived on the scene found burglary tools, drugs and her 8-month-old son, according to Sierra Madre Department police sources.

Detectives think she may be connected to other property crimes in Sierra Madre and are urging any potential victims to contact the department at 626.355.1414.
After arresting her, police determined that Sevier was on probation for a felony count of burglary. Her child was removed to the custody of the Department of Child Services.

She is being held in county jail on $50,000 bail, according to the county Sheriff's Department website.
