Assault on Sierra Madre Blvd.

Two middle-aged men got into a physical fight on Sierra Madre Blvd. on Saturday.

Two Sierra Madre residents got into an argument that turned physical on Saturday morning.

At about 10:38 a.m. at the intersection of Sunnyside Ave. and Sierra Madre Blvd., a 52-year-old man and a 66-year-old man began a verbal argument, according to Sgt. Ortiz of the . Police did not say what the argument was over.

Eventually one of the men pushed the other man, who began to fight back. The two engaged in "mutual combat," according to Ortiz. However, there were no serious injuries.

No charges will be filed, as both men signed agreements saying that they would not prosecute.
