YMCA Teen Leadership Club

Partnering with the Pasadena YMCA, the Sierra Madre Youth Activity Center has begun offering Teen Leadership Club membership to 11-17 year old local teens.

The YMCA works to create an environment where teens feel valued and supported.  Their goal is to acquaint young people with prospects and options for their future success and to help youth gain the confidence and competence they will need to become productive adult citizens.

Programs focusing on homework time management, educational support, arts enrichment, Healthy Living: Nutritional and Physical fitness, Social Responsibility, character development and community service learning projects will be offered Mondays from 12:30pm till 6pm, Tuesdays through Thursdays from 3pm till 6pm and on Fridays at Kersting Court from 3pm until 6pm.   The cost is $30 per week.

What are the other "big retailers" besides Staples that are helping teachers with rewards programs? This is a great subject but there is little detail here beyond a link to the Staples program. Would love to read a follow up piece with more useful information.
