The Bhagavad Gita is considered one of the most treasured scriptures in India, to Hindu yogis and non-yogis, alike.  To the untrained student, it appears to be a remarkable story documenting the struggles of battle in one of the greatest wars in history. To the yogi, it is a story of how to reign in the mind and open the heart to the limitless love from the Divine.

Come join Jeanne in a study of the Bhagavad Gita where you will learn about the incidents that led to this great battle and how the fight in the story applies to the combat in our mind.  We will read passages, translating metaphors and hidden meanings, and apply lessons from thousands of years ago to our present condition.  You will leave with a greater understanding of this remarkable scripture and a new way of seeing how to practice yoga in the middle of our busy lives.
