Monrovia holds their weekly Sunday farmers' market in the 100 block of West Lime Avenue adjacent to Library Park. The farmers' market features fresh produce, cut flowers, baked goods and assorted fine food products.

I don't know why people like farmers' market so much. Never found a bargain yet and the fruits look pretty sad to me.

Carroll Brown, I don't think people go to Farmer's Markets for "bargains". If I wanted that, I would shop for vegetables at the 99 cent store. I do like the freshness and taste. Without the use of pesticides, dyes, and wax, these fruits and vegetables certainly don't look like the "doctored " ones we buy at the grocery store. I LIKE is that way!!! You should try a few taste tests, Carroll. Right now, the peaches, nectarines, and plums are especially delicious!!!
