A Look at Restaurant Inspection Grades in Banning and Beaumont

How did your favorite eatery fare?

Bugs. Dirty hands. Contaminated surfaces.

Are you getting more than you ordered when you eat out in Banning and Beaumont?

Complete food facility inspection results for both cities, including any violations for which an establishment was cited, can be found online at the Restaurant Grading page at the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health website.

Consumers can search Banning's results and Beaumont's results.

There are three possible grades— A, B, and C. Scores from 90 to 100 earn the establishment an A grade. Violations that lower the score below 90 result in a downgrade.

A monthly report of places that didn’t make the cut can be found at the Food Facilities Downgrade page.

Downgraded facilities are required to raise their grade back to an A within a short period of time, according to the website.

Gary before you doubt call the health dept. I was there when it happened (not the fire the down grading) After a kitchen or other disaster the health dept comes out and sees if they can partially operate...IF they cannot they get a C and closed down. I happened to be shopping at the health food store next door. Funny the A grade is the exact same date they reopened after construction (and the C is the day after the fire)

The soups are good, it's a Vietnamese place. Yes I agree the service is very, very slow. They are in the inner corner 2 doors west of the beauty suppliers.
