Photo Gallery: Library Hosts Distinguished Poets

A look back at a very popular event put on by the Sierra Madre Public Library.

Last Thursday, guests of the library heard poetry readings and commentary from four notable poets: Carol Lem, Alex Luu, Zahava Sweet, and Urith Walker.

The event was presented as part of the library's observation of National Poetry Month, and was the second in a group of three events celebrating the art of poetry throughout April.

The event was such a well-attended, acclaimed success for the library, that we thought it would be appropriate to post a few more photos of the event, as well as .
