This annual benefit is moving venues from Cafe 322, which closed its doors in April, to the Arcadia Blues Club. Rock for Hope is a Benefit to raise research funds for the City of Hope. Musical entertainment by local favorite band, "The Trip - The Ultimate Sixties Experience" who will play tunes all night from iconic 60's bands/artists such as The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Doors, Kinks, Jimi Hendrix, Animals and more! Raffles, Silent Auction and Fun! Come dance the night away with your friends AND support the City of Hope!
Rock for Hope was started in 2010 by Rich & Karen Votava as a 'thank you' to the City of Hope for saving Rich Votava's life after he was diagnosed with cancer in 2009. Thanks to continuing research, Rich's type of cancer is no longer a death sentence and both are dedicated to raising funds for City of Hope so others can benefit from the its scientific advancements and treatment.
