California's Second Gold Rush: The Rise of the California Citrus Industry

Come join the Sierra Madre Historical Preservation Society in the last program celebrating  their 80th Anniversary year. This well-researched and entertaining program features slides from the presenter's personal collection and photos from the Sierra Madre Historical Archives. Joe Feeney has given this program for many local historical societies and groups and it is always well received and frequently has an SRO audience. Come early for a good seat right up front. After the program, the Society will be serving up homemade biscuits with E. Waldo Ward marmalade. Yum!

Admission is free. Parking is free in the Library lot and on the street, as well.
