Warmup Expected by Mid-Week

Temperatures could reach the 90s by Wednesday.

The heat will return to SoCal after a cool weekend, but only briefly, as a cooling trend will be in the works later in the work week.

Monday
Expect sunny skies for Columbus Day. The high will hover around 81 degrees with a gentle breeze from the north northeast at 5 miles per hour. For nighttime, the sky will be equally clear. The low will be 59.

Tuesday
The temperature climbs a bit for Tuesday. The high will be around 81 degrees and that breeze will increase a bit from the north northeast at 10 to 15 miles per hour. The low will be around 58 degrees.

Wednesday
Hump Day will be the hottest day of the week. The high will be around 88 with sunny skies. The low will be around 58 degrees.

Thursday
The daytime temperature will drop to around 83 degrees, with a low of 58.

Friday
The temperature will continue to drop as we approach the end of the week. Friday will be sunny with a high of 81. The nighttime temperature will hover around 58 degrees.
