Volunteers Sought to Help Decorate Sierra Madre Rose Parade Float

The Sierra Madre Rose Float Association is in need of help to finish the float for next week's Rose Parade in Pasadena.

Got some free time between now and New Year's Eve? If so, the Sierra Madre Rose Float Association urgently needs your help!

Volunteers are being sought to help finish decorating the Sierra Madre 2013 entry for the Rose Parade "The Sky's the Limit".

"We are working all day everyday between now and December 31st. Come by yourself or bring a group - we need all skills!" float decorating organizers told Patch.

Volunteers are instructed to come straight to the float barn at 587 E. Sierra Madre Blvd. (between the cemetery and the Rec. Center, in front of Dapper Field).

Those with questions can call the barn at (626) 355-7005.

What are these "organizations that can assist educators in providing an additional incomeRead More source for school supplies?" What are the other "big retailers" besides Staples that are helping teachers with rewards programs? This is a great subject but there is little detail here beyond a link to the Staples program. Would love to read a follow up piece with more useful information.
