Sunshine Expected for Wistaria Festival

The festival takes place Sunday, when temperatures will be in the low 70s, according to the National Weather Service.

Unlike in recent years, Mother Nature is cooperating with Wistaria Festival planners and there will be sun the day of the event, if the National Weather Service is correct.

This year the festival takes place on St. Patrick's Day, Sunday, when the Weather Service is predicting a high of 71 degrees, dropping to an overnight low of 51 degrees with some patchy fog and followed by more fog on Monday, when forecasters say the high will be 72 degrees.

Expect a sunny Saturday as well, with a high of 76 degrees, according to the NWS.
