Power is out for 2,826 residential customers in Sierra Madre, according to the Southern California Edison outage map.
According to Edison spokeswoman Caroline Aoyagi, utility workers believe power will be restored for all homes around 6:30 p.m.
The outage was reported at 3:27 p.m.
