Pets of the Week: Plato and Amore

Our two pets of the week are each equally deserving of new homes.

Pasadena Humane Society: Plato

Meet Plato, at the Pasadena Humane Society:

Plato is a very sweet, friendly and well-behaved 5 year-old Bichon Frise mix. He is playful, loving and great with other dogs. He loves attention and loves to go out for a car ride too!

Plato’s adoption fee is $120 which includes a neuter, microchip, vaccinations, and a free follow-up at a participating vet.

Adoption Hours: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.

Pasadena Humane Society is a private non-profit animal welfare agency that has contracted with seven area cities, including yours, to provide animal control services.

San Gabriel Valley Humane Society: Amore

Meet Amore, a lovely cat who can be found at the SGVHS:

Amore is estimated at about 1 year old. Her name is very appropriate, as she just loves affection! She is a gorgeous Russian Blue with a small spot of white under her chin, and a very unique, faint double-stripe down her back which you can see in her third photo. Please stop in to meet Amore and consider giving her a loving home!

The adoption fee for cats is $99 for and includes a spay or neuter, basic FRCP vaccinations, deworming, and a microchip.

The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society provides food, shelter and medical care to thousands of stray dogs and cats, or have been rescued from abusive conditions.
