A chili cook-off will be the highlight of the evening, with food critic Peter Dills  judging. Local businesses and residents are expected to enter with an estimated two to three dozen chili dishes. If you want to put your chili recipe in front of discerning taste buds, you’ll get two free tickets to the event.

Live music and a country western dance instructor will be on-hand to teach all the best (and hopefully easiest) moves.
