Parent/Child Workshops At the Library

The Sierra Madre Public Library is pleased to announce its latest five-week series of educational workshops for parents and children ages 3 and younger.

Resource professionals from the community will lead the educational sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of early parenting. Slated topics include early literacy, speech, hearing and language development, child development, nutrition, music, play and health.

Starting February 22nd, the interactive series will take place at the Library from 6:30pm - 8:00pm featuring toys, crafts, books, and play in addition to discussions of parenting issues. Although enrollment is free, it is recommended that interested parties pre-register in advance at the Library to ensure their spot in the program.
