This Saturday is your only chance this year to bring your kids to for candy, eggs and the Easter Bunny! At 10 a.m. the Sierra Madre Volunteer Firefighters Association will kick off their annual Easter Egg Hunt.
Kids ages 12 and under are invited to attend, and the park will be divided into different sections for different age groups.
Over 7,500 pieces of candy will be hidden in the park... along with just 24 golden eggs. A golden egg is a golden ticket to receiving a special gift basket.
The Easter bunny will make a grand entrance via fire truck at 10 a.m., and will be available for photos.
The annual egg hunt has been held by the SMVFA since 1931.
Memorial Park is located at the corner of W. Sierra Madre Blvd. and Hermosa Avenue in Sierra Madre.
